The Account Technical ServicesRepresentative is responsible for leading and providing technical service and support on polyurethane products and equipment to key accounts within Carlisle Polyurethane Systems. This role requires a considerable amount of travel. The position will ideally be located in the Austin, Texas area.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Technical Support & Cross-Functional Coordination
* Act as a technical support for both site operations and Carlisle R&D regarding product challenges, quality concerns, or design updates.
* Communicate recommended changes to Account Manager on product design, QC standards, or technical requirements that may impact performance, quality, or production timelines.
* Develop and implement training, verbally, written and physically in both equipment and application of polyurethane products.
* Assist leadership with SOPs and product documentation updated
* Other duties as assigned
* Equipment, Operations & Quality Control
* Monitor equipment performance and ensure repairs, maintenance, and spare parts inventory meet Carlisle's standards and required timeframes.
* Provide support for equipment operations, including troubleshooting equipment issues and ensuring corrective actions.
* Conduct periodic and random QC inspections to ensure adherence to required quality standards.
* Document all product or equipment performance issues and support formal Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
* Applied experience in polyurethane/polyurea products, equipment, and applications.
* Knowledge of equipment operations, basic troubleshooting, and maintenance coordination.
* Proactive problem-solving and ability to make fast, sound decisions in dynamic environments.
* High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
* Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety protocols.
* Demonstrated record of influencing key internal and external stakeholders in the design process.
* Must be willing to travel up to 75% of the time.
* Must have a passport with the ability to travel outside the US.

Education and Experience:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an applicator spraying polyurethane insulation systems with at least 1 year of technical troubleshooting experience with Graco, PMC, and or other manufacturers' equipment.
* Direct experience with polyurethane technologies and equipment a plus.
Working Conditions:
* Work may take place at customer work sites with possible exposure to the outside environment, including high and low temperature extremes.
* Significant travel is required, which necessitates the ability to drive/ride long distances in a motor vehicle or Fly commercial airlines.
* When providing support during the application process, the wearing of PPE will be required, which may include a respirator, protective suit, gloves, and eye protection.
* When not working at a job site, work can be done in a home office that has been outfitted to allow for the use of Teams meetings and provides a sufficient level of internet access and bandwidth.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Graduation from High School or GED.
Experience:
Five years of administrative support experience.

Experience providing assistance to several positions such as division directors, supervisors/managers, and/or staff related to various staff services functions.

Licensure:

The Service Development Representative develops referral relationships with resources in the community and acts as a conduit for information between the facility and the resources making each aware of how their services may compliment and meet the clients needs. Freedom Behavioral Hospital of Plainview, Texas is a 20 bed, acute geriatric psych facility located in Plainview, Texas. We are looking for an experienced Service Development Representative. Previous psychiatric experience in an acute setting is a must. Strong preference given to previous geriatric psych experience. Teamwork, team development and team training are all key qualities for this position.
The Service Development Representative develops referral relationships with resources in the community and acts as a conduit for information between the facility and the resources making each aware of how their services may compliment and meet the clients needs. Collaborates with the Service Development Director, staff and community to identify specific areas of educational needs. An annual educational calendar is developed and then implemented to enhance community understanding of mental health issues and/or develop/improve staff skill levels. As Service Development Representative, case management functions within the community are undertaken. The function acts as a liaison between providers and referral sources to ensure the smooth transition of services from different levels of clinical intensity.
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Identify and develop potential referral sources.

Experience:
A minimum of two (2) years experience in Sales, Development or Admission Setting in healthcare and/or medical industry is required
