Support preparation and logistics for conferences and on-site events, including room set-up, name badges, tent cards, AV coordination, and guest arrival management. Provide flexible, cross-departmental support on ad-hoc projects, as approved by the Senior Vice President, Finance & Administration. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Experience Minimum of three years of experience in administration, facilities, or operations. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Professional communication and interpersonal skills; able to build positive relationships across the organization. Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Teams, and CRM systems.
