Seven Directions at the University of Washington is the first national public health institute in the United States to focus solely on improving Indigenous health and wellness. We are committed to cultivating and sharing knowledge, connecting communities and resources, and working to achieve shared goals for future generations. With funding from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC) National Center for Injury Prevention and Control for "Building Capacity for Tribal Overdose Prevention Program," Seven Directions is partnering with "Safe States" and the National Network of Public Health Institutes (NNPHI) to increase the capacity for overdose and injury prevention within tribes and tribal-serving organizations by building the Indigenous workforce and providing a forum for tribes to network and share Indigenous practices for prevention. Seven Directions will specifically focus on the Indigenous Workforce Development for Overdose Prevention activities under this project to support American Indian and Alaska Native participants in addressing tribal health issues while fostering leadership and capacity-building among Indigenous populations.
The Program OperationsSpecialist (Payroll Title: Pro Staff Temp Position (E S)) is a key member of the Seven Directions team under the general direction of the Project Lead and works alongside senior team members in implementing a variety of project and research activities, such as: evaluating the internship and placement programs; managing implementation of the internship/placement program for students and recent graduates to serve within tribal health departments or tribal serving organizations working on overdose and/or Indigenous evaluation initiatives; and coordinating delivering professional development and training opportunities for students and recent graduates.

Input accurate vehicle information into the AS400 computer using a handheld device for each vehicle received at the Auction including:
Vehicle Identification number (VIN)
Stock number
Dealer identification number
Make, model, year, mileage, color, options, etc.
Affix barcode/stock number sticker on each vehicle received.
Associate Tracker device to WO# and install on OBD port or strap 2nd generation tracker around steering wheel.
Place work order numbers and routing labels on vehicles upon entry. Flag "no key" cars.
Direct transporters to proper car drop zone. Report transport damage as needed.
Take digital image of vehicle upon receipt.
Provide proper sale identification windshield code to the person who is driving vehicle through the registration/check-in area.
Visibly demonstrate safety commitment by following all safety and health procedures and modeling the behaviors related to such.
Work in cooperation with safety leadership in support of all safety activities aligned with Safety Excellence.
Perform other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor, i.e. assist on sale days driving vehicles through Auction sales lanes, etc.

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Input accurate vehicle information into the AS400 computer using a handheld device for each vehicle received at the Auction including:
* Vehicle Identification number (VIN)
* Stock number
* Dealer identification number
* Make, model, year, mileage, color, options, etc.
* Affix barcode/stock number sticker on each vehicle received.
* Associate Tracker device to WO# and install on OBD port or strap 2nd generation tracker around steering wheel.
* Place work order numbers and routing labels on vehicles upon entry. Flag "no key" cars.
* Direct transporters to proper car drop zone. Report transport damage as needed.
* Take digital image of vehicle upon receipt.
* Provide proper sale identification windshield code to the person who is driving vehicle through the registration/check-in area.
* Visibly demonstrate safety commitment by following all safety and health procedures and modeling the behaviors related to such.
* Work in cooperation with safety leadership in support of all safety activities aligned with Safety Excellence.
* Perform other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor, i.e. assist on sale days driving vehicles through Auction sales lanes, etc.
Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities
Contract & Change Order Management
Draft and send client and subcontractor contracts

Billing & Accounting Coordination

Enter POs, subcontractor agreements, and subcontractor COs into Adaptive with correct cost codes

Answer phones and take messages professionally
Maintain shared folders and ensure SOP consistency across both divisions
Support PMs and superintendents with updated documentation for field use
Process PTO requests, enter into QuickBooks Time, and review payroll entries for accuracy
Track company vehicle mileage, maintenance, and registration renewals
Oversee company file purges, renewals, and administrative compliance
Create new jobs in UDA/Adaptive once client contracts are executed
Maintain LLC and corporate filings, obtain EINs, and manage renewals or dissolutions
Manage company insurance documentation and assist with annual renewals
Gather and organize year-end tax information for accounting

Provide operational support to Western Washington University's Lakewood Waterfront Facility and on water activities, namely during periods when the Lakewood Operations and Community Programs Manager (OCPM) is not onsite. Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations & Accounting Coordinator to support contract administration, change order management, bookkeeping coordination, and overall company operations.
This role serves as the internal bridge between project management, accounting, and external partners - ensuring that information, documentation, and data flow accurately across all systems and divisions.
This is a full-time, on-site position located at our Arlington, WA office. The office is in a detached shop on a residential property, and access requires the use of stairs - candidates must be comfortable working in this environment.

Contract & Change Order Management
Draft and send client and subcontractor contracts
Create, issue, and track change orders; upload approved COs to Adaptive (accounting platform)

Billing & Accounting Coordination
Monitor billing and bids inboxes (client billing, vendor AP, and pay-app-related emails)

Enter POs, subcontractor agreements, and subcontractor COs into Adaptive with correct cost codes

Answer phones and take messages professionally
