What You Will Do:
You will be responsible for working with a variety of customers in the hospitality and other commercial businesses to identify and solve pest problems
Keep abreast of Ecolab's product/service offerings and industry conditions, to enhance service and sales of pest prevention/elimination solutions
Use handheld computerized equipment to manage service and document structural, sanitation and pest issues, and gas monitoring equipment to conduct readings during fumigations
Assist with the complete fumigation process, including but not limited to sealing, tarping, introduction of fumigant, conducting fume readings, and aerating/de-gassing facilities
Read, understand, follow labels, and MSDS forms for hazardous chemicals used during services provided
Inspect, maintain, and utilize Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) properly
Follow proper safety protocols including OSHA mandated and customer specified guidelines
Use equipment involved in fumigation management services, including electronic devices for recording and reporting data
Position Details:
As an Industry leader, it is no surprise Ecolab offers a world class training program designed to provide the tools and resources for you to be one of the best in your field. During your training program, you will be required to travel to Ecolab Corporate Headquarters in Saint Paul, Minnesota for 1 of the 7 weeks. The remaining weeks will be in-field training. Ecolab will arrange and pay for your travel and certain travel-related expenses.
This position requires successful completion of the 7-week in-field and classroom training program to maintain employment. 2 of the weeks will be focusing on fumigation and the other 5 on pest elimination.
This is a field-based position and may require travel to the following cities and surrounding areas:
Savannah/Brunswick, GA
Combination route - some of the work is day work & some is overnight graveyard work (9/10pm to 5/6am)
Minimum Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent
Two years of work or military experience
Position requires a current and valid Driver's License
Due to the nature and hours of work, must be 18 years of age or older
Willingness to be on-call during off work hours and weekends as necessary
Position requires the ability to work overnight shifts as needed
Anticipate 50% or more overnight travel for business during peak season
Position requires understanding and interpreting English labels and Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for hazardous chemicals
Position requires the ability to obtain a TWIC card to access secure facilities
Position requires the ability to obtain a CDL with Hazmat endorsement
Position requires the ability to obtain required pest certification, fumigation licensing, and/or business licensing pursuant to state/local law

The pay range for this position is $47,400-$71,000. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB The Automation and Controls Specialist works with plant teams to meet set objectives in the areas of safety, quality, reliability, scrap and lean manufacturing. The Automation and Controls Specialist works with all departments to justify and complete continuous improvement projects and assists with skills assessment and development of the site maintenance and instrument technicians.
The Automation and Control Specialist is a key contributor to the continuous improvements of critical plant performance metrics in the areas of safety, productivity, cost, quality and sustainability. This role is essential to the successful operations of the Savannah Roofing site. The Automation and Control Specialist is an hourly position reporting to Maintenance Leader.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
* Lives the Owens Corning Safety Stand and meets all safety requirements. Utilizes all LTT principles as required. Safety is a condition of employment.
* Participates in the safety, autonomous maintenance, TPM and housekeeping programs as established within the plant; including but not limited to Focused Improvement Events, Safety Committee, etc.
* Performs job tasks to reduce environmental impact and adheres to the environmental regulations and recycling procedures for waste disposal.
* Complies with all plant rules and safety regulations.
* Communicates safety concerns and/or equipment problems/abnormalities to appropriate personnel.
* Notify your Front Line Leader immediately of all injuries, near misses, or first aid.
* Understands all regulations for safety harness protection
* Understands lock-out/tag-out procedures for energy sources. Can identify energy sources for each machine and correctly de-energize the machine for maintenance procedures
* Follows and enforces all company policies and work rules including but not limited to Safety, Environmental, Quality, Management of Change and Capital Execution.
* Follow NEC and OSHA electrical requirements as well as corporate LTT policies when troubleshooting and modifying electrical and control systems.
* Coordinate full scope of small site-specific capital projects, working with vendors and contractors as necessary.
* Act as site technical representative and support for division led projects.
* Recommend and implement process improvements.
* Programming of PLC's as needed to support ongoing site operations, improvement initiatives and capital projects.
* Assist with upgrade, design and integration of equipment into automated systems including overseeing installation, troubleshooting and debugging of machinery.
* Develop and/or improve electrical preventive maintenance plans for site equipment, including, but not limited to: screw tightening, component replacement, visual inspection, data collection, panel cleaning, panel wiring, wire tracing, panel documenting and various other duties. Train and oversee instrument technicians on proper execution.
* Electrical and automation troubleshooting: diagnosing problems by applying various troubleshooting techniques with the use of computers, PLC's, voltage meters, current meters, oscilloscopes and electrical formulas.
* Oversee projects involving panel building, equipment relocation and system design.
* Responsible for creating and updating plant electrical prints
* Provide electrical safety training as needed
* Perform skills and training needs assessment for maintenance craft personnel, develop and assist with execution of training plan to advance their troubleshooting and programming skills.
* Site utility liaison acting as first line of communication with JEA, TECO, and Intercon to coordinate outages, communicate and resolve utility issues.
* Site Electrical expert.
* Develop and manage plant's electronic equipment obsolescence strategy
* Maintain compatible and updated PLC and drive revision and firmware
* Manage site software licenses and ensure we have the correct versions to support site equipment
* Develop an electrical monitoring system to predict failure and analyze data to optimize equipment performance
* Set up a calibration program for process instrumentation and measurement equipment
* Performs root cause failure analysis and develops troubleshooting guides for site equipment.
* Performs other related duties consistent with the nature of this position, as directed by the area leader

The Warehouse Operations Clerk is responsible for ensuring that all shipping related documents are completed accurately and in a timely fashion. This position reports to Operations Supervisor or Manager. Responsibilities * Communicates via email with outbound carriers daily, providing schedules for outbound shipments and equipment needs.
* Communicates through various media with site personnel, essential information to ensure operations are meeting requirements
* Receive all drivers and provide direction for outbound shipments.
* Using a warehouse management system, systemically open/close shipments and prepare accurate bills of lading for outbound freight.
* Ensure that drivers depart with appropriate paperwork.
* Ensure the accuracy of all shipping documents by strict adherence to standard operating procedures.
* Gather, enter into the warehouse management system, and maintain all data and records relative to shipping activities.
* Assist in resolving any discrepancies.
* Assists in Material Handling duties such as receiving, put-away, picking, packing, or loading.
* Actively monitors trailer capacity and proactively works with spotters on trailer moves.
* Assists with other administrative duties as needed by the leadership team.
* Files all outbound paperwork so that it is easily accessible when needed.
* Maintains seal log accurately with necessary information.
* Maintains the load board with accurate information.

Qualifications
* High School diploma or GED required

Uses appropriate BIPI Sales Training techniques to facilitate the customer decision making process. Coordinates the engagement of healthcare providers through a range of personal and non-personal channels, according to customer preferences.
+ Identifies top plans for customers. Engages customers in comprehensive discussions on the payer environment, co-pays, and formulary access. Works with Managed Care Area Managers to generate and sustain support for products on MCO formularies. Develops and influences an extended team to pull-through MCO decisions. Delivers on "continuation of care" model, including discharge protocol, treatment algorithms, disease management, etc.
+ Analyzes qualitative and quantitative territory information to optimize territory business plan and customer calls. Monitors local market conditions for changes that impact business. Develops plans to optimize allocation of key resources, including samples, co-pay cards, funds for speaker programs, and funds for in-office meals. Adjusts implementation plans on a regular basis (speaker mgmt., advocate development, etc.). Leverages opportunities that meet both territory and brand tactics. Utilizes supporting analysis tools to plan activity, report and monitor resource utilization, and maintain account and customer records. Completes all administrative responsibilities as directed by management. Successfully completes all Sales Training requirements.
+ Identifies thought leaders, innovators and advocates to support BIPI products. Works with trained speakers for diabetes topics and products. Provides feedback and follow-up to speakers and attendees. Initiates contacts and network-building among advocates and customer groups. Develops plans to develop speakers and thought leaders. Manages programs and budgets to stay within standards.
+ Works effectively with all customer-facing roles (i.e. Account teams, Medical teams, etc.) in a given geography to meet customer needs and deliver net sales objectives. Demonstrates strong collaboration and communication as customers evolve and ownership of accounts transition from traditional to account based.
+ Performs all Company business in accordance with all regulations (e.g., EEO, FDA, DEA, OSHA, PDMA, EPA, PhRMA, etc.) and Company policy and procedures. **PCP/Endo Business Specialist Requirements**
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is preferred.
A minimum of two (2) years successful sales and/or marketing experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare industry, pharmacy, B2B, customer engagement services or equivalent
Experience in diabetes therapeutic area preferred.
