What You'll do
The purpose of the Assistant Store Manager is to oversee various responsibilities, including inventory management, associate leadership, and customer engagement. May be required to analyze shrinkage data, identify trends, and implement measures to minimize loss and improve operational efficiency.

Our Retail Lead (Key Holder) Associates provide store leadership in absence of Store Manager/ Assistant to the Manager, demonstrating to the store staff our commitment to friendly customer service and team work.
