We are seeking an experienced SeniorDirector, Human Resources to serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and a strong operator across core HR functions. Primary Responsibilities
HR Leadership & Business Partnership

What You'll Do
Own paid search performance. No hand-holding. You will manage campaigns across a diverse client base, identify growth opportunities, and speak up when you see potential. Our client services team handles client calls so you can focus on what matters: driving results.
Collaborate across channels. Work with our SEO, paid social, programmatic, and creative teams to build integrated campaigns that actually work together for your clients.
Think like an owner. Take full accountability for performance. Challenge strategies when data says otherwise. Push for better results.
What You Need
5+ years managing paid search campaigns with proven results
Agency experience juggling multiple clients and collaborating across teams
Advanced Google Ads & Microsoft Ads expertise
Owner mentality- you take responsibility and drive improvements
Detail-oriented but not afraid to speak up about big picture opportunities
Self-motivated- thrives in hybrid environment with minimal oversight

The Director of Healthcare Operations serves as a site representative at an assigned healthcare location for all administration and management matters directly related to the specific healthcare site.
Responsibilities include:
Executes the provision of administrative and employment services
Serves as the initial point of contact for the assigned healthcare locations' leadership on administration and management issues
Works with Company Departments to ensure system-wide compliance at the assigned healthcare location

Qualifications include:

5 or more years of progressively responsible management experience within a health care facility or medical group practice

Annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Director or SeniorDirector, Go-To-Market (GTM) to drive the growth and success of our AI Agents. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will work on GTM and product-related projects to help achieve our ambitious goals.
As the Director, GTM, you'll take ownership of some of the most critical GTM initiatives to drive AI adoption with new customers and key product initiatives to help product ensure AI Agents deliver for our customers.
This role is for someone who doesn't know the meaning of “not my problem” and loves blending technical understanding with GTM thinking. RESPONSIBILITIES
Own projects to drive revenue for the AI Agents product line
Drive AI adoption across key customers
Partner with go-to-market and customer success teams to ensure AI agents deliver measurable value
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to develop and scale AI capabilities
Work closely with our Forward-Deployed Engineering team to ensure the successful onboarding, implementation, and ongoing performance of AI Agents for new and existing customers
Identify and prioritize market opportunities to expand AI Agent applications
Manage key GenAI vendor relationships and stay updated on industry advancements
Provide data-driven insights & reports for leadership, clients, and the board
Contribute to Regal's overall strategic direction as a key leadership team member
ABOUT YOU
7-15+ years of experience
Proven track record of scaling from 0 to 1. Ability to focus on the right problems and execute rapidly
Technical understanding of how to build products with knowledge of GenAI and AI Agent technologies, particularly in customer communication (CS background a plus)
Data-driven with strong analytical skills (Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools)
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage complex initiatives
Strong written and oral communicator

The reasonably estimated base salary for this role is provided as a range within this job description. All offers include a competitive equity package and some offers may additionally include a variable compensation component. Actual compensation is determined on an individualized basis taking into consideration factors such as the candidate's skills, location, qualifications, experience, and relevant education or training.
