Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Facilitate weekly same page (L10) meetings
Maintain leads in Pipedrive and follow Trainual-led processes
Monitor inboxes, draft communications, and ensure timely responses
Track tasks in Asana and ensure all deliverables remain on schedule
Schedule VTH and 90MM sessions and manage the full lead workflow
Identify urgent items and maintain structured communication on behalf of executives
Organize internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation and follow-up
Manage complex calendars, coordinate EOS sessions, and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts
Maintain operational flow and consistency across all systems and processes
erform data entry and CRM reporting across Pipedrive and EOS Worldwide CRM
Serve as communication point for pre and post session scheduling and instruction
Oversee to-dos, deadlines, and follow-ups for both Implementers

Job Summary:
The Arizona Department of Administration (ADOA), Division of Business and Finance (DBF), is seeking a Fixed Asset Coordinator. Monitor and resolve inconsistencies or duplicate entries across systems
Establish, update, or relabel asset location codes in Barscan, AZ360, and other designated agency systems. Create new location codes when office spaces are added, reconfigured, or relocated to ensure each asset is assigned to the correct physical location
Generate reports from AZ360, BarScan, or other systems to support audits, inventories, and leadership requests. Respond to asset-related data requests quickly and accurately.
