Additional Information
This position involves both administrative and hands- on operational duties in an outdoor, fast-paced environment
Ability to stand, walk, and move continuously for extended periods of time (up to 8-10 hours per shift).
Frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, stooping, climbing, and crouching required.
Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds regularly, and occasionally more with assistance.
Requires manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination to operate car wash equipment, hoses, and controls.
Visual acuity to monitor vehicle condition, equipment function, and safety compliance.
Must be comfortable working in varying outdoor weather conditions, including heat, cold, humidity, and rain.
Regular exposure to water, cleaning chemicals, noise, and moving mechanical equipment.
Must be able to communicate clearly and respond quickly to safety or operational concerns in a noisy environment.
Ability to perform job duties safely and effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
This role will require work outside of normal business hours, including evenings and weekends, based on company needs.
This role may also require occasional driving for company business using a company, rental, or personal vehicle. A valid driver's license and compliance with company driving standards are required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Overseeing vineyard duties, including but not limited to planting, pruning, canopy management, trellis installation and repair, and harvesting
Must be mechanically inclined to help troubleshoot and ensure vineyard equipment's safe operation and maintenance.
Operates agricultural equipment, including implements, tractors, sprayers, ATVs, and forklifts
Train, direct, and motivate seasonal H2A workers.
Understand and comply with any safety requirements and cautions
Heavy Equipment Operation
Assist in maintaining the chemical spray program, including health and safety compliance and training, record keeping, proper chemical selection and purchasing, and adherence to spray intervals
Assist in developing an annual farm plan related to pruning and redevelopment strategies, canopy management techniques, and timing, and soil fertility
Collect and analyze viticulture data, including pruning weights, phenology tracking, crop estimates, tissue testing, berry development, and soil tests
Perform vineyard observations, including pest and disease scouting, crop health, and efficiency
Assist in the management and oversight of annual fruit sales, including pricing, contracts, deposits, scheduling, and payment
REQUIREMENTS:
3+ years of hands-on vineyard or agricultural management experience, preferably overseeing 50 or more acres of wine grapes.
Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred.
Experience in the operation of tractors and vineyard equipment.
Strong math skills required. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
Works on feet for eight hours a day. Ability to work long hours and/or seven days a week during critical times. Able to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 70 pounds. Frequently bends over, kneels, twists, reaches overhead, climbs stairs, ladders, and walks on varied surfaces (paved, incline, uneven, etc).
