Track and report security program metrics, incidents, and project milestones to leadership. Develop and maintain playbooks, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training programs for data center security teams. Stay current on industry trends, emerging threats, and innovative security solutions to continuously enhance data center security posture. Manage budgets, contracts, and resources for security systems, staff, and services. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Information Security, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in security operations, program management, or facilities security, with a strong focus on critical infrastructure and data center environments Proven experience managing large-scale security projects and cross-functional initiatives. Strong knowledge of physical security systems (access control, CCTV, intrusion detection) and industry standards. Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI-DSS, or HIPAA. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Relevant certifications such as CPP, PSP, PMP, or CISM preferred.
