We are seeking a Senior Manager of Data Center Development to oversee the planning, design, and coordination of complex data center projects across our expanding global footprint.
This position bridges technical depth and leadership, requiring strong multidisciplinary understanding across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, architectural, and structural disciplines. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in mechanical and liquid cooling design, with the ability to guide engineering and architectural partners through highly technical discussions and ensure design intent aligns with OCI's performance, reliability, and scalability standards.
As a Senior Manager, you will lead a small team of design managers, coordinate with internal stakeholders and external consultants, and provide technical oversight from concept through construction documentation. You will be instrumental in ensuring Oracle's facilities meet the highest standards of innovation, efficiency, and operational excellence.
**Responsibilities**
Responsibilities:
+ Manage the end-to-end design process for new and retrofit data center projects.
+ Lead multidisciplinary design coordination across MEP, architectural, and structural systems for new and retrofit data center projects.
+ Provide strategic and technical leadership through all phases of project design - from early conceptual development through construction documentation.
+ Drive mechanical and liquid cooling design discussions, ensuring alignment with OCI's performance and operational goals.
+ Coordinate directly with internal teams, including Construction, Operations, Network, and Capacity Planning, to ensure design requirements are fully integrated.
+ Manage consultant engagement, scope definition, and deliverable quality for all design packages (BOD, SD, DD, IFC).
+ Identify design risks, manage cross-discipline conflicts, and proactively resolve issues that may impact project performance or schedule.
+ Oversee and mentor design managers and junior staff to ensure consistent quality and professional growth.
+ Support the development and continuous improvement of OCI's global design standards and best practices.
+ Represent the design organization in internal and external design coordination meetings, reviews, and workshops.
Required Qualifications:
+ Professional licensure required, Registered Architect (RA) or Professional Engineer (PE).
+ Accredited degree in Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical, or Structural Engineering.
+ Strong preference for candidates with mechanical and liquid cooling design experience.
+ 8+ years of experience managing data center, mission-critical, or large-scale infrastructure design and development.
+ Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams and external consultants.
+ Strong knowledge of data center MEP systems, architectural coordination, and structural integration.
+ Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
+ Familiarity with design and permitting workflows, and construction delivery processes.
+ Knowledge of data center design standards and industry codes (ASHRAE, NFPA, Uptime, IBC).
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience leading design efforts for hyperscale or cloud infrastructure projects.

We are seeking a **Revenue Manager** to join our Corporate Finance and Accounting Team. The Revenue Manager will oversee revenue recognition processes for the company, including operational and EAC (Estimate at Completion) Percentage of Completion (POC) revenue. This role will coordinate with Operations Accounting, Business Operations, and Revenue Assurance teams to ensure accurate and compliant revenue reporting. The Revenue Manager will lead monthly revenue processes, supervise the Revenue Principal, and act as the subject matter expert (SME) for revenue-related matters. **This is a remote-telework role, but the candidate must live within 3 hours driving distance to one of our Amentum offices located in (Fort Worth, TX, Germantown, MD, Herndon, VA or Chantilly, VA).**
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Oversee revenue recognition for the company, ensuring compliance with ASC 606 and other relevant accounting standards.
+ Coordinate with Operations Accounting, Business Operations, and Revenue Assurance teams to streamline revenue recognition processes.
+ Produce quarterly revenue disclosures and ensure their accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
+ Coordinate and ensure Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance in accordance with company policies and procedures.
+ Manage and administer EAC platform and surrounding processes to support accurate revenue estimating and recognition.
+ Oversee engagement and responses to internal and external auditors.
+ Lead month-end revenue processes and communications, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
+ Act as the revenue SME for mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activity, purchase price accounting, ERP integrations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
+ Supervise the Revenue Principal, providing guidance and direction to ensure team objectives are met.

**Requirements:**

+ Experience in the Aerospace, Defense, and Energy industries is preferred.
+ Experience with Deltek Costpoint is preferred.
+ A minimum of 8 years of directly-related experience with a Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or similar); or 5+ years with a Master's degree.
+ 2 years of experience in a managerial role, leading teams and overseeing revenue recognition processes preferred.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**
+ Partner with Clinical business stakeholders to co-create technology plans which support their business objectives and operational demands
+ Continuously assess current systems environment and identify changes (process and/or system) that enhance effectiveness
+ Assist in the evaluation of new technology systems and/or service providers
+ Oversee end-to-end management of IT projects-including planning, design, and implementation-ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable business impact
+ Work with a team of managed service providers supporting the lines of business technology needs including project delivery, solution design, enhancement requests and support services
+ Accountable for managing clinical application systems through their full lifecycle, from implementation to ongoing optimization
+ Lead and initiate troubleshooting quality and/or functionality issues associated with technology systems in scope
+ Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring centralized storage and accessibility for knowledge management
+ Manage and prioritize system enhancements and fixes in collaboration with business stakeholders
+ Provide regular project status reports, manage issues proactively, and adjust schedules as needed while maintaining alignment with the overall program plan
+ Responsible for timely execution of all GxP system commitments and compliance activities (Backup recovery, Disaster Recovery testing etc.)
+ Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to ensure seamless delivery of services, efficient communication, and shared accountability for outcomes
+ Establish clear performance metrics and service level agreements (SLAs) to monitor IT service delivery, project outcomes, and stakeholder satisfaction
+ Stay informed of emerging industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to proactively recommend technologies and process adaptations that empower the company during phases of rapid expansion
+ Serve as the IT subject matter expert for application upgrades, integrations, and system enhancements across supported business areas
**Key Core Competencies**
+ Strong understanding of Clinical business processes, requirements and technology systems supporting Clinical Trials (e.g. EDC, CTMS, ETMF, Payments etc.)
+ 7+ years of progressively increasing experience managing clinical applications in a Pharma/Biotech company
+ Strong understanding of building and operating a technology support function
+ Proficient in implementing, integration and managing Medidata & Veeva clinical systems (e.g. CTMS, EDC etc.) in a regulated environment
**Education and Experience**
+ BS/BA degree in a related discipline is required. Training or equivalent experience in IT or business management is beneficial but not required
+ 7+ years of experience in life sciences with a focus on IT system delivery
+ 5+ years of experience in implementing, integration and managing Medidata & Veeva clinical systems (e.g. CTMS, EDC etc.) in a regulated environment

The base salary range for this role is $127,440 to $159,300. Base salary is part of our total rewards package which also includes the opportunity for merit-based salary increases, short incentive plan participation, eligibility for our 401(k) plan, medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurances and leaves provided in line with your work state. Our robust time-off policy includes flexible paid time off, 11 paid holidays plus additional time off for a shut-down period during the last week of December, 80 hours of paid sick time upon hire and each year thereafter. Total compensation, including base salary to be offered, will depend on elements unique to each candidate, including candidate experience, skills, education and other factors permitted by law.

Purpose/Scope The Business Development Director initiates and implements the research and analysis of business opportunities, consistent with organization's long range and strategic plans. Will be responsible for the annual bookings plan for the assigned Business Area/Customer Focus Area.
-Responsibilities
~ Responsible for building company presence as a global provider and effectively leading the presenting of the capabilities resulting to achieve and/or exceed the business plan and objectives.
~ Serve as focal point for future domestic and international customers by representing the company's business development growth within the market.
~ Establish relationships with and lead purposeful engagements with current and potential customers.
~ Assess future growth opportunities aligned with the strategic growth direction. Provide recommendations on how to support customers in the targeted markets.
~ Work across multiple functions and business areas and will lead the development and presentation of growth strategies and opportunities, both international and domestic.
~ Lead the market assessments, develop new opportunities and advocates for new business resources, and coordinate win efforts.
~ Lead assessment of new business opportunities.
~ Develop solutions to complex problems which require the regular use of ingenuity and innovation. Ensure solutions are consistent with organizational objectives and financial goals.
~ Lead negotiations and close new business opportunities.
~ Participate on opportunity specific win strategy reviews.
~ Position will be assigned to specific targeted business area and may require additional or specific job duties related to assigned function which are not aforementioned.
Minimum Knowledge

- Demonstrated knowledge of associated contractors and the competitive landscape.
- Complete understanding of business development that includes contract cost and pricing principles that translates efforts in achievements especially in acquiring new and follow-on business. - Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents.
- Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints.
- Ability to write speeches and articles using original or innovative techniques or style.
- Ability to integrate regulatory, customer, political and market information into effective business strategies and plans.
- Strong interpersonal skills including tact and flexibility to work effectively with senior managers and employees.
- Strong leadership skills with an ability to coach, lead, motivate and influence others to support corporate goals and objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics.
- Master's degree in Business Administration is desirable.
- Proven record of successfully growing a business with expanded customers and markets domestically and/or internationally.
- Fifteen (15) plus years in business development, program management or strategic planning.
- Seven (7) plus years of experience in Facility Management selling contracts with a total value in excess of $100,000,000.
- Experience building and managing customer relationships with assigned customers to seek out and identify new business opportunities.
