What You'll do
The Purpose of the HumanResources Lead is to assist with various humanresources functions and to provide support to both management and associates at their location. This role plays a vital part in ensuring a positive and productive work environment while upholding company policies and legal compliance. The HR Lead will be responsible for overseeing employment-related activities at the location level, which include but are not limited to staffing, timekeeping, record keeping of performance coaching, benefits administration, and training coordination.

Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date associate records in the Human Capital Management system, including personal information, attendance, leave management, and all other relevant documentation.
Assist with benefits administration and enrollment processes.
Coordinate and conduct training sessions on assorted topics, including workplace policies, positions specific training, and associate development.
Support performance management processes, aiding with goal setting, performance evaluations, and associate development plans.
Serve as a point of contact for associates, addressing inquiries promptly and providing guidance.
Assist your HR Business Partner to resolve associate conflicts and disciplinary issues, adhering to company policies and legal requirements.
Partner with the Store Support Center HumanResources and the Store Manager with policy, procedure, and initiatives.
Maintain associate communication by removing outdated communications and posting current information on RK programs, benefits, schedules, location performance, wellness, safety compliance, and other pertinent information.
Oversee the location's safety program including maintaining the accident/incident files, communicating daily safety topics, completing the safety audits, and completing accident reviews.
Maintain a strong code of ethics and high degree of confidentiality of information about all company, associate, community, legal, and all other matters.
Regularly communicate, both written and verbally, with partners from Store Support Center in a professional manner.
Use general office equipment such as telephone, copy machine, fax machine, and computer.
May be required to work evenings and weekends.
Oversee monthly cash reporting as needed.
Maintain office and breakroom supplies.
Maintain breakroom and training space standards.
Participate in cross-training for flexibility in various departments and responsibilities.
Provide friendly, proactive, and professional internal and external support to others, assisting with inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively.

Dauphin Precision Tool, LLC, a leading supplier of American-made, industrial cutting tools, is seeking a qualified HumanResources Manager for our facility located in Millersburg, PA.
The HumanResources Manager will oversee all aspects of humanresources management and safety compliance within the organization. This position requires the ability to think strategically, execute tactfully, and demonstrate strong judgement while handling complex and sensitive issues. Confidentiality is paramount. This individual will serve as the HR management expert providing leadership, communications, and oversight to ensure that the business is in compliance with federal and state regulations. The HR Manager will be responsible for leading and supporting all aspects of HumanResources, including recruiting, employee relations and safety. This is an onsite position.
Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
These job tasks are not all-inclusive, and other duties may be required as they are assigned.
Manage the recruitment lifecycle, including recruiting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
In cooperation with ownership, develop and implement humanresources related policies and procedures as necessary for compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local laws and regulations specifically wage and hour laws.
Provide training and support to all employees on HR-related topics and job-specific training needs.
Assist department managers with employee relations.
Oversee the performance management process and annual performance reviews.
Discuss employee performance, resolve conflict, and issue corrective action to employees.
Oversee the health insurance and all benefit programs including workers compensation insurance claims.
Safety
Work with department leaders to create safety programs and ensure all employees are up to date on all required safety training.
Host regular safety meetings to ensure safe operations.
Maintain a current understating of all Occupational Safety and Health (OSHA) related standards and ensure proper recordkeeping, reporting, and OSHA-specific training.
Investigate incidents and accidents to document and report as required by law.
Qualifications:
These job qualifications are the minimum requirements to perform the essential functions of the position.
Bachelors degree in HumanResources is preferred.
Minimum of five years of experience in humanresources management, occupational health & safety management, or a related field.
Strong understanding of related federal, state, and local employment law.
Strong understanding of related OSHA regulations.
Strong labor relations background and experience with Union/non-union workforce.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to create and implement employment policies and procedures.
Ability to communicate effectively with both written and spoken communication.
Ability to manage time and complete tasks in a fast-paced working environment.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
Ability to work independently.
Must be willing to travel and work away from home base when required to support other locations.

Primary Responsibilities:
Develops and administers various humanresource plans and procedures for all organization employees
Recommends, develops and implements new approaches, policies and procedures to continually improve efficiency of the department and services performed.
Analyzes trends and metrics and partners with leaders to develop solutions, including programs, policies, procedures, and guidelines
Participates in developing and executing against department goals, objectives and systems.
Administers the compensation and benefits programs; monitors the performance evaluation program and revises as necessary.
Participates in recruitment efforts for all levels of employees.

Develop and maintain relationship with employment agencies, universities and other recruitment sources.
Develop and implement employee recognition strategies; review, evaluate, and make recommendations for departmental recognition programs.
Manages a team of HR Generalists, Coordinators, and Assistants.
Education/Background Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required and SPHR certification preferred.
Five years' experience in HR Management required.

Knowledge of all relevant federal and state employment related laws, and their regulatory agencies
