What You'll do
The Purpose of the Human Resources Lead is to assist with various human resources functions and to provide support to both management and associates at their location. Oversee the location's safety program including maintaining the accident/incident files, communicating daily safety topics, completing the safety audits, and completing accident reviews.
Maintain a strong code of ethics and high degree of confidentiality of information about all company, associate, community, legal, and all other matters.
Regularly communicate, both written and verbally, with partners from Store Support Center in a professional manner.
Use general office equipment such as telephone, copy machine, fax machine, and computer.
May be required to work evenings and weekends.

Position Summary: Reporting to the HR Manager or Senior HR Manager, the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) plays a critical role in strengthening organizational capability through a strong focus on talent management, succession planning, and organization design. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Experience and Minimum Qualifications:

What You'll Do
1. Benefits Administration
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits questions, issues, and education.

Position Summary
The HR Manager role supports, implements, and executes all tactical aspects of the HR function. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: total rewards, performance and talent management, learning & organizational capability, government & legislative compliance, employee and labor relations, and employee engagement.
Job Description
The HR Manager role supports, implements, and/or executes tactical aspects of the HR function, including but not limited to:
* Positive employee and labor relations (employee engagement, union avoidance, collective bargaining)
* Performance and talent management (employee development & succession planning, annual review processes, termination processes, etc.) in partnership with local practices and applicable business processes
* Total rewards (compensation, benefits) and recognition programs
* Learning and organizational capability (training delivery & design, leadership development, etc.)
* Government and legislative compliance, internal investigations, and good will initiatives
* Policy and process change management and implementation in partnership with legal, HR operations team members, and COE's
* Other HR initiatives to drive site, company, or functional goals and strategies (Diversity & Inclusion, retention analysis, etc.)
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree
* 3 to 5 years of HR Generalist/Manager experience supporting high performance work teams in a manufacturing environment
* Strong understanding of HR laws, principles, and practices
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
* Strong analytical skills and ability to use data in the decision-making process
* Ability to influence, motivate, and build effective relationships
* Organizational and time management skills
* Technical/systems skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, ADP)
* Ability to perform independently and is self-directed and self-motivated
* Experienced in leading organizational change initiatives and HR processes
* PHR or similar certification
