What you'll do
Lead and grow the commercial HVAC division focused in Charlotte NC and surrounding areas.

Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of commercial HVAC experience, with significant expertise in new construction and upfit work; general service experience preferred.
Proven track record of leading teams and growing a business unit from the ground up, with full P&L responsibility.
Deep technical knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, manpower planning, safety standards, and installation best practices.
Demonstrated ability to foster innovation and continuous improvement.

Job Summary
The Senior Sales Manager plays a critical role within the In-Venue Sales organization as they will be responsible for driving the sales efforts of their assigned hotel. Duties & Responsibilities:
Drive sales to exceed personal and store goals while delivering outstanding customer service experience.
Support Brand Manager duties frequently acting as Manager on duty to accomplish the following objectives:

Sales Leadership
