Must be team oriented and customer first driven with a history of managing a team of 5 or more high performing salespeople to successful achievement of goals. Previous portfolio lending experience preferred. A full understanding of secondary market underwriting and the ability to understand and execute on P&L issues required. * Certifications/Specific Knowledge: Knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA/VA/USDA service guidelines preferred.
