Contribute to the strategy, design, and implementation of endpoint technology images and solutions. Test and validate new system patches and release of operating systems. Operational responsibility for endpoint management tools to report, secure, update, and automate the delivery of application or base images. Operational Ensure up-to-date documentation on IT processes. Create and maintain technical documentation on system support models, common issues, and solutions. Provide recommendations for application configuration and IT solutions as needed. Day to Day oversight of application and system health monitoring. Reporting and Analytics. Client installation, tracking, reporting: get CSTG env tracking and reporting, build base metal installations, create Windows install packages. Meet and identify/address needs- follow up and report on request status and provide guidance for IT changes/information. Growth Plan Shadow Cloud Consultant Team on a Project and assist when applicable. Shadow ITAM Team on a Project and assist when applicable. Become a Product Owner on CSTG technologies.
