Collaborate with cross-functional teams. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, city, county, and state agencies. Required to read and understand specifications for city, county, and state projects. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the construction process. Assisting with other duties as required.
