Mission:
āŖ Liaise with vessel operations management, POM, competent authorities, subcontractors and various functions involved in the supply chain management process in order to ensure that Project equipment & material mobilization/demobilization, customs clearance, tracking, handling, storage and final delivery onto offshore vessel are executed in a safe and timely manner
āŖ Coordinate with the fleet and supervise Marine Agency services, customs and, when required, immigration formalities, food/fuel/fresh waters/material supply and solid, liquid waste disposal and, when required, crew change. All this in accordance with Project requirements, Corporate guidelines/procedures and HSE/security requirements
āŖ Support the Project in accordance with the logistic plan and/or method of statement, coordinate logistics team and subcontractors
Tasks:
āŖ Liaise with VMT and POM to coordinate marine fleet inward/outward formalities and customs, arrange for vessels navigation and operational permit/authorization, according to local rules and regulations. Coordinate and arrange for Customs formalities from materials receipt up to final transportation offshore onto the installation vessel involved, and vice versa. Liaise with Tax/administration Department and supply chain management (Cost Control, Procurement, Post Order) in order to make sure that any issue related to inward Customs formalities will not affect outward Customs formalities and consequently will not jeopardize the overall Project execution, according to Customs and fiscal regulations in the Area/country of operation
āŖ Arrange and provide for any type of supply that marine operating fleet could require
āŖ Support vessel management/HR to coordinate in general personnel, crew changes and to fulfil immigration formalities
āŖ Supervise solid/liquid waste disposal services related in particular to offshore installation vessels. Liaise in this respect with HSE function in order to obtain all related licenses, permits (even through certified 3rd party) and make sure that waste is actually disposed according to local applicable rules and legislation
āŖ Supervise and keep update record of the services rendered by local subcontractors in accordance with related contract/agreement provisions also in view of further periodical invoicing. Issue/request Service Entry/Work Order to regularize these services and release payments
āŖEnsure that equipment available are fully certified for offshore utilization and suitable to ensure a proper consumables/material rotation/transportation in accordance with Project procedures and needs
āŖ Ensure to maintain adequate care and custody of materials and support in defining and optimize storage requirements in accordance with materials specific characteristics, project requirement, industries standards, space and stacking requisites, considering any possible safety/environmental issue
āŖ Coordinate with Vessel storekeeper, VMT and Project Engineers to deliver and distribute standard materials/consumables/equipment offshore in a safe and timely manner according to Project and Vessels requirements guaranteeing also an adequate rotation; manage supply vessel runs, strictly follow HSE guidelines to load/offload materials, manage preparation of shipping and customs documentation for each port call
āŖ Coordinate with POM subcontractors and/or (in case of Company Provided Items) Clients in order to define and optimize goods collection/transportation according to project requirements. Once goods are received, cleared and stacked into designated Logistics base storage area, coordinate goods loading operations on cargo barges/pipe carriers in a safe, timely manner according to Project schedule and requirements
āŖ Support QC Inspection to maintain a proper goods tracking upon delivery from/to yards, Logistics base and also from/to the final installation vessel once loaded onto pipe carrier and/or SV/cargo barges. What YOU will do:
Responsible for coordinating the service levels at the sites in your geographic area with our customers and Contract Partners. You would have a portfolio of approximately 300 sites.
Contract Partner and site responsibility for key or high maintenance locations and/or sites in your area including inspections each month with the goal of seeing all sites once per quarter. Quality Service Inspectors would also be in your market doing inspections so that all sites are seen once every 60 days.
Initiate contact with our Contract Partners to ensure they understand our Scope of Work, business requirements and how the Exterior Services team operates.
You would be responsible for hiring Contract Partners for relinking sites and help source Contract Partner's locally if need be. You would have the autonomy to hire and terminate Contract Partner's if needed to correct service levels for our customers. Our Procurement Team would be responsible for linking new business and organic growth in your area.
Meet with Contract Partners and customers on site as needed to ensure that service levels and/or requests from customers are being met. This could be site, DM or Regional Level.
Identify potential quality problems at customer sites and recommend corrective/preventative actions.
Measure potential customer sites and report inventories to the corporate office as preparation for proposal submission.

Job Summary
We are seeking an Operations Manager who will be based in our Corpus Christi, TX headquarters facility. This role involves managing various departments, including production, purchasing, service, inventory, shipping, and receiving. This role will work closely with our branch facilities in Midland, TX and Edmond, OK and develop relationships with local customers in south Texas. Travel to these facilities is expected 25% of the time.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee a staff of 5+ production and office team members, providing guidance, coaching and development, and performance management.
Provide expert technical support for automation solutions, chemical injection systems, and remote asset monitoring, leveraging deep knowledge of oilfield chemical applications.
Manage and optimize production processes to ensure high-quality products and timely shipments.
Oversee purchasing and inventory management to ensure the availability of materials at competitive prices.
Perform and oversee quality control functions for incoming parts and evaluate return merchandise authorization (RMA) requests for warranty coverage.
Oversee Inside Sales and order entry/billing operations to ensure accurate processing of orders, timely billing, and exceptional customer service, while maintaining compliance with company policies and supporting overall operational efficiency.
Lead the service department to provide excellent customer support and address any quality issues.
Supervise the shipping and receiving departments to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.

This person is responsible for ensuring compliance with all department and city regulations, legal requirements, and accreditation standards, taking corrective or preventative action as appropriate. The Crime Scene Unit Supervisor is considered a key management position in the division's organizational structure and for accreditation purposes.
Responsibilities
* Supports and executes goals, objectives, and strategic vision set by department and division leadership
* Coordinates activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing the work of subordinate employees
* Determines resource requirements and makes recommendations to division leadership
* Monitors radio and computer-aided dispatch (CAD) traffic; maintains awareness of CSI whereabouts and activities
* Conducts technical and administrative reviews of crime scene reports and supporting documentation
* Ensures compliance with all City and CCPD practices, policies, and procedures, as well as laboratory and accreditation standards and state/federal law
* Acts as liaison with internal and external stakeholders (investigators, district attorneys, other agencies, etc.); establishes and maintains effective working relationships
* Ensures staff receive adequate instruction and guidance required for satisfactory job performance
* Evaluates and verifies employee performance through the review of completed work assignments and work techniques, as well as through counseling, mentoring, and formal reviews; addresses disciplinary or performance-related issues
* Ensures proper labor relations and conditions of employment are maintained
* Solicits feedback from subordinates to determine needs, risks, and opportunities for Improvement
* Identifies exceptional performance and makes recommendations for appropriate recognition
* Briefs division leadership on major crime scenes, critical incidents, and other significant events; keeps division leadership informed on general activities
* Anticipates potential risks or developing problems and takes action to mitigate them; seeks appropriate guidance from division leadership as appropriate; works proactively
* Testifies In court as expert witness as required
* Evaluates and documents testimony of subordinates per accreditation standards
* Acts as point of contact between PD command staff, investigators, and CSls
* Determines necessary additional equipment and resources for large/complex incidents
* Assists CSls in a working capacity as well as a technical/advisory resource
* Ensures scene safety and that appropriate procedures are being followed
* Operates various instruments and equipment used to digitally capture Information, such as laser scanners, digital cameras, and unmanned aerial systems (drones)
* In consultation with investigators, makes final determination on evidentiary/analytical value of items observed or collected at Scene
* Attends conferences, seminars, and advanced training sessions related to job
* Keeps abreast of scientific or technological advancements by reading technical journals and other literature
* Assists the CCPD Training Academy with cadet and in-service instruction
* Prepares presentations and course materials for training
* Provides appropriate instruction to new FSD employees
* Coordinates public service events
* Coordinates with CCPD Fleet Services for proper maintenance and repairs of crime scene vehicles
* Ensures vehicles are properly stocked with equipment and supplies
* Documents Incidents Involving city-owned vehicles causing damage or personal injury
* Assigns vehicles to individual employees or tasks as needed; makes recommendations to division leadership regarding new or replacement vehicles or equipment
* May be asked to perform other duties as assigned

Position Summary
Under direct supervision from Director of Operations, Operations Staff workers perform event set-up and tear down, custodial, housekeeping and perform facility maintenance tasks as assigned. The essential functions of this position are usually performed indoors and occasionally outdoors in the weather conditions prevalent at the time. The noise level in the work environments is usually moderate to loud to during events and when setting up/breaking down equipment, and minimal during non-events and when not setting up/breaking down equipment. This is an event-based position with no minimum number of hours guaranteed. Work schedules are determined by event activity.
This role pays an hourly rate of $10.00-$13.00

* Set rooms according to the requested layouts
* Set-up and tear down a variety of equipment, including, but not limited to chairs, tables, staging, risers, trash cans, dance floors, coat racks, table skirting, carpet, pipe & drape, field covers, tarps
* Sweep, mop, scrub & wax floors, wash walls, windows, stainless steel, counter tops and woodwork.
* Clean restrooms and replenish supplies
* Remove stains, clean and extract carpet
* Dusts, polish, arrange and move furniture and equipment
* Remove rubbish and waste
* Use hand tools or small powered equipment applicable to the work being performed
* Report defective equipment, facility damage, areas of the facility requiring cleaning and incorrect or improper set-ups to supervisors in an timely manner
