Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
We are seeking a results-driven SeniorManager of Technology Transfer & New Product Introduction (NPI) to lead a cross-functional team of engineers responsible for transferring new product development (NPD) projects into production and commercialization. This role is pivotal in bridging R&D and Operations to ensure smooth, compliant, and cost-effective launches of Class II medical devices, with a focus on enteral feeding devices and related products.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in medical device product development, manufacturing processes, and regulatory compliance, with proven leadership in scaling NPD into robust, commercial-ready products.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers specializing in manufacturing, process, and sustaining engineering.
Define priorities, allocate resources, and ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Technology Transfer & NPI Execution
Drive the end-to-end transfer of new products from R&D (New Products or Enhanced Products) into production and commercialization.
Ensure designs are manufacturable, scalable, and cost-effective.
Collaborate on pilot builds, design verification, and validation activities as it relates to characterizing and stabilizing manufacturing processes.
Lead the development and qualification of manufacturing processes, test methods, and equipment.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with R&D to ensure smooth handoff of design intent and documentation.
Work closely with Quality, Regulatory, and Clinical teams to ensure compliance and patient safety.
Collaborate with Manufacturing and Supply Chain to establish robust production capability and supply readiness.
Coordinate with Product Management to align launch readiness with business objectives.
Regulatory & Compliance
Ensure compliance with applicable medical device technical and quality standards.
Support design control, process validation, risk management, and regulatory submissions.
Maintain thorough documentation for audits, inspections, and regulatory filings.
Operational Excellence
Drive continuous improvement in NPI processes, including design transfer frameworks, stage-gate reviews, and launch readiness.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and KPIs to ensure successful commercialization.
Introduce best practices and tools for design for manufacturability (DFM), design for assembly (DFA), and lean manufacturing.
Your qualifications
Required:
B.S. degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Biomedical, Electrical).
10+ years in medical device development and manufacturing.
Direct team leadership experience.
Proven track record of successfully transferring Class II medical devices into production and launching commercially.
Experience working in medical device manufacturing environment.
Deep knowledge of design transfer, process validation, and medical device manufacturing.
Skilled in project management, stage-gate processes, and cross-functional team leadership.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
Preferred:
Experience with enteral feeding devices or similar devices preferred.

Salary Range:

Summary:
This role leads our North American Master Data Management (MDM) team, which is comprised of analysts, senior analysts, and managers. The MDM team resides within the larger North American Information Systems team, with this role reporting to the leader of Information Systems. Primary areas of focus are the execution of MDM strategy, people development, and enhancing business value derived from master data through strong data governance and stewardship.
The MDM team is responsible for the product, equipment, customer, vendor, and financial data domains. Essential Functions:
Lead the work activities with full management responsibility for the performance and development of the MDM team.
Participate in development and maintenance of data dictionaries, to include identification of business-critical fields.
Monitor and extend the peer review program to all data domains
Provide reporting coupled with suggested actions to leaders whose teams provide master data inputs, to reduce data quality issues, non-value record maintenance, and process deviation.
Identify solutions which improve data architecture, quality, and processes as well as drive the implementation of such solutions.
Promote and act to further SAP as the single-version of the truth for master data.
Develop understanding of Refresco's data domains and their integration points.
Ensure SOX and process controls are adhered to by all team members through active monitoring and review of team's work.

Responsible for designing and delivering the Master Data Managementtechnology foundation across the entire company.

Role Overview
The Associate Director of Digital Workplace and IT Operations is responsible for driving the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of Avanos's digital workplace ecosystem. ITSM (IT Service Management)
Oversee the ITSM framework and ensure alignment with ITIL best practices.
Continuously improve incident, problem, change, and request management processes.

Ensure CMDB accuracy and reliability by setting governance standards, overseeing maintenance activities, and reviewing data integrity reports.

Ensure compliance with security and data governance policies for virtual workspace access. MDM (Mobile Device Management)
Manage the enterprise MDM platform to ensure secure and compliant use of mobile devices.
Partner with Infrastructure Security and Networking teams to enforce access controls and encryption policies.
Implement mobile lifecycle management, including enrollment, policy enforcement, and decommissioning.
Develop strategies for improving mobility and remote work enablement while maintaining device security.
SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager)
Oversee configuration management, software distribution, and patch deployment across all endpoints using SCCM.
Maintain compliance with security baselines and corporate policies through effective SCCM configuration and automation.
Coordinate with Infrastructure and Security teams to ensure updates and configurations meet compliance standards.
Ensure reporting accuracy for device health, patch compliance, and software inventory. Printing Support
Oversee management of global printing environments, ensuring device uptime and security.
Implement print management solutions to optimize cost, availability, and data protection.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware maintenance and consumables replenishment.
Ensure secure print release and integration with identity and access systems (Active Directory, badge authentication, etc.). AVC (Audio Video Conferencing)
Ensure reliable AV/VC systems for conference rooms and hybrid collaboration environments.
Partner with Facilities and Networking teams to optimize AV infrastructure, room standards, and capacity planning.
Support deployment, upgrades, and troubleshooting of conferencing platforms (Teams, Zoom, etc.).
Maintain high availability and quality of experience for in-person and remote participants. Skills and Competencies

Required Qualifications
Experience
10+ years of SAP delivery experience with multiple full-lifecycle SAP implementations
5+ years leading SAP S/4HANA delivery in complex, enterprise environments
Proven experience managing large, cross-functional teams and system integrators
Experience delivering global or multi-country SAP programs preferred
SAP & Technical Knowledge
Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture and core modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, EWM, QM, PM)
Experience with integrations (SAP CPI, PI/PO, third-party systems)
Familiarity with data migration, custom code remediation, and SAP Fiori
Understanding of SAP Activate methodology and best practices
