Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
5+ years in organizational change management, business analysis, or IT business consulting
Proven experience leading AI tool deployments (Microsoft Copilot strongly preferred)
Deep understanding and experience in technology release management and organizational change management programs and practices. This includes eliciting feedback and analyzing the sentiment to provide recommendations.
Strong understanding of M365 ecosystem
Demonstrated ability to utilize Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs in Excel
Demonstrated ability/knowledge of business operations/processes to include analysis, design, documentation, using industry best practices and standards

The anticipated salary range for this position is $115,800-173,900 per year. This range represents what The Boldt Company reasonably expects to pay for this position. Full-time, non-exempt Starting Pay Range: $38.44 - $41.63 The Communications Services Manager has direct oversight and administration and maintenance of the Ozaukee County trunked radio system, telephony, microwave, other communications and related data systems.
