HSE experience preferred. Technical Skills Familiarity of federal, state and local regulations, including but not limited to OSHA, EPA, TCEQ, DOT, FMCSA, NRC, SEMS, and BOEMRE. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedures and effectively present information and responses to groups of managers and customers. Ability to use and apply general to advanced mathematical skills and concepts. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. Knowledge of corporate HSE policies and practices. Knowledge of current practices and technology used in the oil and gas industry. Strong troubleshooting skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Behavioral Abilities Ability to accurately complete/maintain necessary reports/records in a timely and legible manner according to applicable procedures and/or work orders.
