About the role:
Every day, the donors you meet will motivate you. The high-quality plasma you collect will become life-changing medicines. Here, a commitment to customer service and quality is expected. You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and will perform as a plasma donor screener and perform phlebotomy to support plasma center operations.
How you will contribute:
· You will answer phones, and greet and focus on our donors, while ensuring the safety of donors and our team.
· You will screen new and repeat donors and take and record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
· You will use our Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain accurate records, and coordinate donor compensation.
· You will help identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement and initiate changes to center processes using company approved procedures.
· You will be there for our donors, which includes working a variety of shifts, Saturdays and Sundays, and holidays.
What you bring to Takeda:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
· Will work evenings, weekends, and holidays
· Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees
· Ability to lift to 5 lbs., and occasional lifting of materials up to 32 lbs. and rarely 50 lbs.
· Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance
· Because of potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens (risk level 1), 90% of work tasks require prolonged glove wear
· 1 or more years minimum experience working in a customer or patient facing role is helpful

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. An associate's position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $145,000 - $155,000 USD per year.

Job DescriptionWe're hiring a Customer Service Parts Clerk to play pivotal role in keeping operations running smoothly by providing accurate support, responsive communication, and heavy equipment parts coordination.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a blend of customer interaction, office operations, and hands-on inventory work-while contributing to a growing, high-trust team environment.Responsibilities:
Answer parts inquiries by phone and in person, helping customers identify and order the correct heavy equipment components.
Create and process invoices accurately for all parts orders.
Run credit card transactions and ensure all payment details are recorded correctly.
Support inventory management by counting stock, restocking shelves, and helping maintain an organized parts area.
Split your time between the front desk (about 75%) and warehouse support (about 25%).
Assist with general office and parts-department tasks to keep daily operations running smoothly.
Requirements:
Previous experience working with automotive or heavy equipment parts highly preferred
Bilingual is preferred
Strong computer & phone skills
Must be able to pass a drug screen
Must have a clean MVR with a valid Driver's License
