About the Role

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years in customer service or sales support, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of SAP (Sales & Distribution module preferred).
Proven ability to lead diverse teams

Ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**

The anticipated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $70,000. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
