THE ROLE
Leading the operation of all bars, stands, and portables at functions through proper management of personnel, equipment, and product inventory and display to ensure efficient and customer-friendly service while maximizing sales opportunities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Assist in setting up and maintaining bar and concession products, displays and equipment.
Assisting vendors and NPOs with set-up and assignments per event.
Conduct pre-shift meetings with scheduled personnel and ensure proper location assignments and training per shift.
Settle bar and concessions event paperwork per event.
Monitor compliance with health and fire regulations regarding food preparation and serving.
Ensure all POS systems in the bar / stand are in proper working condition.
Accurately review final product before serving to customer.
Ensure health codes and liquor laws are followed.
Maintain safe working conditions and sanitary work area.
Maintain accurate payment procedures at all times.
Preps food and beverage in bar/stand prior to event beginning.
Ensure the proper dismantling, cleaning and storage of all product and equipment post-event.
Assist supervisor with inventory stand sheets and sales reports.
May be required to assist with banquet planning and service as needed.
Perform related duties as assigned by Management.

Responsibilities
Supervise daily loading and order picking operations to ensure timely, accurate, and complete outbound fulfillment.
Lead, train, and motivate team members across picking, packing, and loading functions to enhance performance and productivity.
Ensure all loading and picking activities comply with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
Oversee order picking workflow, including task assignment, priority management, and productivity tracking.
Conduct regular inspections of loading equipment, picking tools, and warehouse storage areas; maintain required documentation.
Collaborate closely with inventory control, replenishment, and shipping teams to coordinate workload, schedule labor, and meet shipping deadlines.
Monitor operational processes and troubleshoot issues in real time, implementing corrective actions as needed.
Apply and promote best practices for efficient picking, packing, and loading operations.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized dock, picking lanes, and staging areas.
