Job Family Description
Operations personnel have overall responsibility for the execution of nuclear non-proliferation, defense programs, and environmental remediation mission activities, as well as the management and coordination of multi-functional areas. This includes Radiological, Maintenance, Engineering, Nuclear Criticality, Quality Assurance, Nuclear Material Control & Accountability, and Weapons Production activities. Operations personnel oversee the safe and efficient functioning of plant systems, equipment, and machinery in a nuclear setting. They monitor operational parameters, conduct routine inspections, and ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements. They may respond to alarms, troubleshoot various issues, and implement corrective actions as needed to maintain operational stability.
Discipline Description
Operations support personnel provide general direction, guidance, data analysis or administrative support to ensure the implementation and maintenance of operations and programmatic functions. These functions will typically be in direct or indirect support of a specific facility (or facilities), location or functional area. They perform routine facility or area walkdowns, procedures reviews, inspections, or evaluations to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the facility. They conduct inspections and provide direction on resolution of issues identified. They perform various administrative or program functions in conjunction with or in support of operational program compliance, cost and budget, planning and scheduling, training, projects or special projects or related areas. Operations support personnel lead ad hoc teams in resolving moderately complex technical or programmatic compliance issues, events and concerns directly or closely associated with operations areas. They prepare and review technical work documents. They coordinate the functions of construction, operations, work control, maintenance, projects and other facility support personnel in facility operations and maintenance activities. They conduct and track training for operations personnel on systems and equipment and evaluate and critique performance. They support operations activities directly as needed by maintaining ancillary plant qualifications. They fulfill various operations support functions necessary to meet regulatory, industrial safety, and operational requirements.

The PPOP Operations Support Specialist job duties will include the following:
* Serves as the primary machining specialist for lathes, mills, CMM and associated machining equipment.
* Provides independent oversight of work activities while ensuring compliance with institutional and facility requirements.
* Coordinates all work within assigned facility and ensures work activities, procurement, tooling, fixturing and machining are within the scope of the facility safety basis.
Required Qualifications
* Associate's degree in relevant field plus completion of applicable certification or on-the-job training plus at least 1.5 years of experience (YOE) in an applicable role, OR High school diploma plus completion of applicable certification or on-the-job training plus at least three years of experience (YOE) in an applicable role
* Equivalencies to experience and education requirements will be considered
* Ability to obtain and maintain a Q Clearance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Respond to questions from Clients regarding the use of the WFN, PayX, ez LM, Portal, and HRB applications. Provides application/navigation support.
Assist Clients with Client data maintenance, setup, configuration changes in AutoPay Mainframe, WFN, ez LM, HRB and the Portal and coordinates with all functional areas (e.g. PTO, Special Calcs, Time and Attendance schedule, 401k, etc.) as needed.
Performs new feature setup requests (e.g. Group Term Life, HSA, direct deposit calcs, special calcs, Benefit Accruals, Multi-J, split wraps, add'l locations, etc.).
Assists and supports Clients with Payroll processing questions and issues.
Use on-line tools and other resources to research and respond to Client inquiries requiring guidance on how to address a wide variety of payroll, pay practice and payroll tax questions and situations.
Collaborates with internal Clients/Partners (401k, FSA, Tax, etc.) and/or third party vendors involved in providing services to identify and resolve issues and ensure that these services meet Client expectations.
Escalates Client issues to SSS, Tech Services, Project Services, Connections Team, Carriers, Development or other 3rd parties as appropriate. Communicates status and resolution to Client.
Completes complex projects including:
1. Calculation updates, special reports, tax amendments, company setup, troubleshooting

The Payroll Support Representative supports Major Accounts Comprehensive Services Client users on WFN, PayX, ez LM, Portal, HRB and related applications by providing guidance and research in response to a wide variety of questions and issues presented by Client Payroll Administrators. The person in this role will use multiple tools and research resources in order to develop an accurate and comprehensive response to a wide range of inquiries regarding payroll practices and tax considerations, taking into account the differences across states and localities. Due to the nature of the Comprehensive Services business, the person in this role will also interface with multiple ADP service organizations as well as third party vendors that provide services to our Clients. To support a unified Client experience, they will also have familiarity with common HR questions and will access systems in other service organizations and other knowledge bases. This person also works closely with the Comprehensive Services Relationship Manager to address Client requests for guidance and best practices. The Payroll Support Representative will also be assigned to a specific group of Clients for the purpose of providing proactive updates and information.

Collaborates with internal Clients/Partners (401k, FSA, Tax, etc.) and/or third party vendors involved in providing services to identify and resolve issues and ensure that these services meet Client expectations.
Escalates Client issues to SSS, Tech Services, Project Services, Connections Team, Carriers, Development or other 3rd parties as appropriate. Communicates status and resolution to Client.
Completes complex projects including:
1. Calculation updates, special reports, tax amendments, company setup, troubleshooting
2. PTO, OT, Double Time, etc. researches historical data for adjustments needed
3. Researches Benefit Accruals recalculates and imports corrections.
Assists Client with tax changes for understanding, conducts research and follow-ups as needed.

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Milliken Kingsley Plant is a world class air-jet weaving operation in Thomson, Georgia. We weave fabric for end products such as duct tape, medical tape, uniforms, military, home furnishings, and industrial products.
The Weave SupportAssociatesupports the Weave Department by ensuring efficient material movement between filling yarn storage, weave machine and inspection. The supportassociate works closely with the team to ensure filling yarn inventory on loom is maintained at optimum levels and cloth rolls are doffed at the optimum length. The Weave SupportAssociate typically works on a rotating 8-hour shift.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
* Perform doffs. (Properly identify cloth rolls, remove cloth rolls from loom, and take to appropriate area in inspection. Obtain correct ticket and match to roll.)
* Clean weaving machines.
* Perform pullovers and doffs
* Doff Quality checks
* Cut catchcord waste
* Relief Weave
* Maintain doff trucks
* Haul filling yarn. (Properly identify and verify filling yarn. Then allocate correct amount to loom per instructions.)
* General housekeeping
* Maintain equipment and anything else as instructed by management.
JOB SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
* Should be self-directed to the point of working with little to no supervision.

* Sitting: Ability to sit down for hour long communications meeting. 5% of day
* Moving: Must be able to move around a 316,000 sq. ft. weaving facility with concrete floors to get to supplies, equipment, and to perform elements of job. 90% of day
* Reaching/Lifting: Ability to reach from 8" to 24" into a filling case to grasp yarn package weighing between 8 and 25 pounds and transfer from filling cart to loom. To remove 25lb doff weights on some styles. 40% of day
* Climbing: Ability to step up and down off doff truck and weaving platforms which are 10" and 5" off the ground to doff and relief weave. 50% of day
* Pull/Reach: Reach 12" up to 48" to grasp a warp yarn end. Guide reed hook through heddle and reed, then pull warp yarn end through. 10% to 25% of day depending on set.
* Push: Ability to push filling cart using between 5 to 35lb force. Ability to use roller conveyors to move filling case from cart to loom filling bed. 30% of day

* Respirator: Ability to wear N95 particulate respirator with valve and pass qualitative fit test.

Perform vinyl weeding, masking, mounting, and lamination.

Installation:
