* Jointly supporting all HPs with SDM, ensuring each HP has an appropriate support actions and clear progression path. Able to identify trends and risks from available MI.
* Providing structured support for new entrants in line with business need. Providing analysis and clinical intervention to support HPs through their journey to approval. To monitor audit grade run. To complete competency assessment as needed, and to ensure all relevant dates and information are provided to audit support team to share with DWP at approval stage.
* Ensuring all HPs complete required CME and mandatory training in a timely manner.
* To ensure that all HPs are up to date with CPD and have a detailed understanding of any changes relating to PIPAG & DWP guidance to enable effective cascade within the HP community, and provide governance to ensure this is taking place effectively.
* To ensure quality assurance for every clinical task relevant to their team - assessment, audit, SREL, advice, rework. To ensure regular checks are completed and an action plan of support implemented as needed.
* To complete audit/assessment/advice as determined by the business need.
* To maintain personal approval in specific discipline i.e. completing F2F assessments and audit within the required time frame.

Position Overview:
The ITSM Specialist supports critical service management processes that keep our omni-channel retail operations running smoothly. This is an excellent opportunity for someone ready to advance beyond help desk work into a structured ITSM role with clear growth potential.
Working closely with the ITSM Team Lead, you'll play a key role in change management, problem management, major incident communications, and data-driven incident reduction initiatives. You'll gain hands-on experience with enterprise ITSM processes while developing technical skills in ServiceNow reporting, dashboards, and workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Change Management
Review and validate change requests to ensure all requirements are met with accuracy and completeness
Identify and flag potential conflicts between proposed changes and existing schedules
Prepare detailed change information and materials for daily change review meetings
Support Change Advisory Board (CAB) activities by coordinating change schedules and documentation
Track change success rates and collaborate with teams to improve change quality
Problem Management

Major Incident Management Communications

Incident Analytics & Continuous Improvement

Knowledge Management
Review knowledge base articles for accuracy, relevance, and currency

ServiceNow Platform Administration
Create and maintain reports and dashboards for change, problem, and incident metrics
Develop custom views and filters to support process workflows
Learn to build and modify ServiceNow workflows (training provided)
Ensure data quality and integrity across ITSM modules
May assist with CMDB accuracy and asset management activities as needed
Process & Governance
Support ITSM process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives
Assist with audit requests related to change and problem management records
Participate in process reviews and recommend efficiency improvements

Education/Skills and Experience Requirements:
Required
2-4 years of IT experience, including help desk or technical support roles
Strong analytical skills with ability to identify patterns in large datasets
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

They repair and maintain electrical and electronic systems ranging from radar and communications to navigation and weapon systems. Responsibilities
Depending on your rating (AE or AT), you may:
Troubleshoot and repair complex aircraft systems, including digital computers, fiber optics, infrared detection, radar, and laser electronics.
Maintain electrical power generation and distribution systems.
Test and calibrate aircraft instruments and automatic flight controls.
Perform micro-miniature module repair on circuit cards.

Work Environment
AV technicians serve at sea and ashore worldwide. Work may be performed in hangars, onboard aircraft carriers, in labs, or outdoors on flight lines. Youll work closely with other technicians, often with minimal supervision, in both technical and operational settings.
Training & Advancement
Class A Technical School Pensacola, FL (1826 weeks) Covers aviation theory, electrical systems, electronics theory, and technical skills. After training, Sailors are assigned to AE or AT
ratings and may serve at naval air stations, squadrons, or aboard carriers. Advanced training is available for specific aircraft and systems.
