Responsibilities
We are currently seeking a Support Desk Agent that will provide internal client support for inquiries related to Community Banking Operations with a high degree of courtesy, professionalism, timeliness, and accuracy. Support is provided through a variety of mediums such as phone, email, and instant messaging. Problem resolution and identifying opportunities for training development and/or process improvement is key to be successful in this role.
Salary Range
The salary range for this position is $18.25/Hr. - $29.75/Hr.. The base salary indicated for this position reflects the compensation range applicable to all levels of the role across the United States. The Plant Support Specialist provides administrative support to the Plant and Asset Team with a high degree of accuracy, responds to voice-mail and email, and maintains compliance with all regulatory agencies and requirements including, but not limited to OSHA, FDA, DOT, ISO and Airgas regulations, policies and procedures.
Safety and Regulatory Compliance

* Responsible for Shipment/Delivery Tracking
* Creates the delivery/shipment documents; makes edits as requested
* Closes shipments, completes trip reports and enters the data in a google sheet
* Sets up Common Carrier Loads with AFS logistics when required
* Maintains cylinder inventory in the system
* Ensure all required paperwork is accurately completed
* Ensure all administrative and accounting related procedures are strictly observed.

About the role
The Factory IT&D Associate Manager is the site-level owner of all Information Technology and Digital operations, acting as the bridge between plant operations and global IT&D teams. Job Overview
As a Merchandising Colleague - also known as a Front of House Colleague - you'll play a critical role in delivering a seamless, inspiring in-store experience.
