CSAs support the daily function of our lab and donation program and must be able to adapt quickly, take feedback constructively, and apply it immediately. This role involves travel within the community and requires a flexible schedule based on client needs. Peer Support staff may work individually or with small groups (not exceeding 1:9 ratio), under a supervision ratio of 1:6 (QP to Peer Support FTEs). Services are billed in 15-minute increments.
