Position Purpose
Under frequent supervision, the Surety Technology representative serves as the first point of contact for Surety employees, and provides basic technology and business support.

Performs emergency unskilled work including but not limited to plunging toilets, moving furniture and transporting equipment.
Assists with snow removal, grounds and exterior maintenance as needed to ensure a clean and presentable manner.
Completes all maintenance requests in a timely manner prioritizing as necessary and communicates issues to management.
May be required to support the housekeeping team to set up guest rooms according to operational policies and standards to ensure guest satisfaction.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule including some nights, weekends and/or holidays.
Must have a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation in order to travel between operational sights and other business needs.
