    The Technical Support Specialist provides technical support and guidance by troubleshooting user issues, installing and configuring hardware/software, and assisting with system maintenance. Qualification Requirements: A two-year IT associate degree with 2-4 years of relevant experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, MIS, Systems/Network Administration is required. A bachelor's degree in IT Management or related fields is a plus. Thorough understanding of IT principles, cyber security, operating and networking systems, interfaces, policies, and procedures.
