Job Description POSITION SUMMARY: The Program Specialist implements, oversees, and ensures that the services provided in the Community Living Program (CLP) program adhere to applicable regulations and that the services which are provided meet the needs of the individuals' receiving services, according to the Individual Support Plan (ISP).
The Program Specialist develops, completes, and oversees the completion of required documentation; assesses individual needs; coordinates and secures services; trains staff; attends and leads meetings; communicates with all team members, including family members; and ensures the continuous development and monitoring of programming and services to people for whom they are responsible.
The Program Specialist ensures that services provided are fully compliant, meeting the needs of individuals receiving services and are consistent with high quality care standards and best practices in service delivery.
