Qualifications & Experience:
Established relationships within healthcare providers such as Pulmonologists, Hospitalists, Case Managers, or Respiratory Departments (required).
Hands-on experience with Mechanical Ventilation, Non-Invasive Ventilation (NIV), or related respiratory therapies (required).
Proven success in navigating hospital systems, influencing clinical decision-making, and driving referral growth.
Minimum of 2 years of healthcare sales experience, preferably within respiratory therapy, DME, LTACH, or critical care sectors.
Formal sales training or clinical experience in respiratory care is highly desirable.
Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Properly positions and set up displays to increase Guest traffic and promote sales.
Assists other Team Members as needed.
Maintains a favorable working relationship with all other company Team Members to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate that will be conducive to maximum Team Member morale, productivity and efficiency/effectiveness.
