Ensure all required paperwork is accurately completed; including coding, costing and pricing. Ensure strict observance with all administrative, accounting and credit related procedures. Monitor customer service levels in Will Call area ensuring that we minimize phone calls left on hold and wait time for will call customers. Communicate with branch manager and purchasing department of any product shortages or outages. Pull customer will call orders from warehouse shelves as necessary. Help to maintain a neat and clean warehouse by performing general housekeeping duties as required. Exercise safety at all times. Maintain neat, clean and professional appearance. Work with all department staff to ensure all deadlines are met and workloads are equitable. Qualifications Who we are looking for: One to three years of sales experience preferred.
