The Technical Inside SalesEngineer provides technical pre-sales support to targeted partners & national resellers for Vertiv integrated row solutions, including power conditioning and distribution units, and data center thermal management unit. This position provides configuration assistance or product configuration development, interaction with national resellers technical teams on their customer application requirements, supports bid spec reviews and compliance documentation, and competitive cross-reference support. In addition, responsibilities include providing technical guidance or clarification on how to best position information for effective selling. This position will primarily interface with the national reseller technical teams, national reseller sales teams, and the Vertiv Sales teams. This role is 100% onsite reporting downtown Columbus, Ohio.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide technical pre-sales support between Vertiv and targeted resellers.
Provide pre-sales quality technical application support to sales personnel and customers. Support the proper selection and sizing of products and accessories, accurately explain and discuss product features and applications, and support sales efforts and facilitate order capture rates.
Prepare and deliver solution-based product presentations, demos and evaluations that meet customer business requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS
