The incumbent assures the day-to-day coordination of nursing service employees' work schedules by meeting the standards set by state and Federal regulations. Overview: Duties: Develops and posts daily/monthly staff work schedules in accordance with state and federal regulations. Monitors employee benefit requests, adhering to the timeliness of union contracts and the availability of time. Submits weekly/biweekly staffing and vacancy reports to the Nursing Director/Assistant by classification, unit, and shift.
