In this role you will:

Responsibilities and Duties:
Manage recruitment efforts for all employee types, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and onboarding
Conduct new hire orientations and support career development initiatives

Typical Qualifications
Required Education, Experience, Skills and Abilities:

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and standard software. Knowledge of Colleague HR and/or NeoEd preferred.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
* Ability to edit, design and proofread material including, but not limited to forms, job descriptions, reports, memos, policies, surveys and handbooks.
* MUST maintain confidentiality of all HR matters.
* Ability to manage multiple duties simultaneously and accurately.
* Ability to exercise initiative and professional judgment even in the absence of policy.

The Role:
The Premium Staffing Coordinator is an integral part of delivering our promise to our customers and clients at one of our iconic venues. The Premium Staffing Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring the company venues are fully staffed for all events. Moreover, the staffing coordinator will also support all other staffing-related functions. The staffing coordinator will work with both the operations team and human resources departments as applicable
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Working with human resources and operations managers to coordinate and schedule both new hire orientation and retraining classes.
Maintain training logs.
Partnering with operators to determine staffing levels during events.
Developing and executing detailed suite assignment matrices and schedules staff
Critical on-site support during events / real-time deployment changes
Answer phones.
Interact with staff, resolve staffing related issues.
Partner with other managers, as necessary.
Assists with and further develops event day employee "check in processes and procedures.
Works together with management to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Works with Staffing Office personnel and operations team to ensure all event staffing levels are met.
Closure of events by reconciliation of premium suite gratuities and tips
Other duties as assigned.
