About the role: Currie & Brown is seeking an experienced Mandarin-speaking Change Order Manager to support a major semiconductor client (on-site) for large-scale, high-tech construction projects. The ideal candidate will manage the full lifecycle of change orders, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with project budgets, schedules, and contractual requirements. This role is critical to maintaining project control and contributing to successful delivery in a fast-paced, complex environment. Responsibilities will include: Manage the full lifecycle of change orders, including identification, documentation, pricing, negotiation, and final approval. Review contractor proposals for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with contract terms. Prepare independent cost estimates for scope changes, including labor, materials, equipment, and schedule impacts. Conduct quantity take-offs and support cost modeling to validate contractor pricing. Coordinate with design, construction, scheduling, and cost teams to assess scope gaps and change impacts. Maintain an accurate, up-to-date change log and ensure all change events are tracked through appropriate control systems.
