Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred. Formal training or certification in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter) is a plus.
Leadership & Experience: Over 10 years of progressive leadership in communication technology or contact center management, with proven success overseeing multi-client, large-scale call center operations and leading transformation and modernization of enterprise communication systems. Experience driving results in private equity-owned, customer-focused, and/or regulated industries.

Preferred Qualifications

Facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) and Emergency CAB (ECAB) meetings; manage agendas, approvals, and meeting notes.
Monitor and manage the change calendar to avoid conflicts and align changes with business and maintenance windows.
Partner with Incident, Problem, and Service Level Management teams to maintain service stability.
Generate and maintain ServiceNow reports and dashboards for change performance, compliance, and risk tracking.
Track key performance indicators (e.g., change success rate, emergency changes, etc.) and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Ensure compliance with governance, audit, and policy standards for all implemented changes.
Support communication and stakeholder updates related to planned and emergency changes.

Client is seeking an SAP Project Implementation Manager/Specialist in the process of retiring its legacy entire system using sap finance management modules that will be integrated into the system.
Responsibilities:
Work with the, director, enterprise project manager and functional team Leads to develop and/or maintain project plans that will guide and assist the team in their role supporting projects for the SC department of transportation and the State treasurer's office (STO).
Work closely with the finance and treasury team leads and other staff to coordinate Project timelines and plans to ensure coordination between other project Resources.
Responsible for overall coordination, status reporting and stability of assigned projects.
Coordinate communication with all areas of the enterprise that impact the scope, budget, risk and resources of the work effort being managed.
Inform management team of any potential risks and issues that may impact Deadlines, milestones.
Inform management team of system development and/or implementation issues that may have significant impact on resources, costs, etc.
At project conclusion, closes out each project in a timely and orderly manner, with documentation of lessons learned and archiving of essential project documentation.
