What You'll Do Technical Support & Troubleshooting Provide technical assistance and support to end-users, both in person and remotely, to resolve hardware and software issues at all locations. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network problems to ensure IT systems function properly. Monitor the IT service desk and respond to IT issues in a timely manner. Clearly communicate technical information to non-technical users through various channels (in person, phone, email, chat, etc.). System Installation, Configuration & Maintenance Install, configure, and update computer hardware, software, operating systems, and applications.
