As an Installer, you'll play a crucial role in getting the finished sign or graphic in place for everyone to see-whether it's in the ground, on a wall, on a vehicle, or hanging from a ceiling. Fear of heights is not in your vocabulary! Most of your days will be spent moving, lifting, and building for a wide variety of sign installations. What You'll Do: * Install signage for new business grand openings, rebrands, and marketing initiatives, such as banners, window & door graphics, wall murals, ADA signs, vehicle wraps/graphics, dimensional letters, and more! * Collaborate with our talented team to deliver top-notch signage solutions. * Engage in manual tasks, including installing post & panel signs, using power tools, climbing ladders, and using lifts. A Successful FASTSIGNS Installer Is: * Responsible for offsite sign and print media installations. * Able to assess an environment to determine the needs and techniques required for the installation. * Reviews job requirements and verifies measurements before starting. * Able to work independently and with other team members when required. Ideal Qualifications for FASTSIGNS Installer: * Clean driving record. * 18 years of age or older. * Proficient in using hand and power tools. * Not afraid of heights (ability to work with lifts, ladders, etc.). * Scissor lift and bucket truck experience preferred but not required. * Experience installing a variety of signs and graphics preferred but not required. * Must Haves: * Experience with sign installations or a handyman background. * Detail-oriented and creative. * Willing and capable of handling physical tasks, including post and panel installation. * Nice to Haves: * 3M Installation certification. * Experience with vehicle wraps. * Experience with channel letters.
