Ability to obtain and maintain certification in company approved crisis management (PCM) training. Minimum 1yr prior experience working in an administrative role, preferably in an education setting. Proficiency in drafting detailed reports, business correspondence, learning materials, announcements, etc. Prior experience and/or knowledge in project management including development and management of databases and spreadsheets. Solid motivational skills and willingness to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities and new initiatives. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of staff members, students, parents, customers, and the public.
