Lead and mentor a team of ramp personnel. Provide guidance, support, and training to enhance their performance and professional growth. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry best practices. Promote a culture of safety, conduct safety training sessions, and enforce safety protocols Efficiently allocate manpower, equipment, and resources to meet operational requirements. Monitor and adjust staffing levels based on workload and demand fluctuations. Regularly monitor and evaluate KPI's to assess ramp productivity, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective measures to meet or exceed performance targets. Maintain accurate records, generate reports, and document daily ramp activities, ensuring data integrity and providing insights for management decision-making. Continuously identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains. Implement initiatives to streamline ramp operations, reduce turnaround times, and enhance overall operational performance.
