The VicePresident of Sales will oversee Deschutes Brewery's sales team and distributor network. Monitors business and brand health performance using internal and external data resources to identify opportunities to drive both brand development and volume performance.

Required Education, Experience & Attributes:

Previous CPG experience including retail, key account management and distributor management.
Strong analytical skills- ability to decipher data in ways that allows for identification of gaps and strategies, determines potential solutions and communicate action plans to the team.
Proven ability to create and lead high-performing sales teams.
Extensive budget and project management experience.
Demonstrated ability to set and exceed aggressive goals.
Outstanding verbal, written, presentation and influencing skills.

POSITION SUMMARY
To sell new and/or used Ag equipment to our customers and potential customers in the assigned territory.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Works on specific accounts including responsibility for growing revenue within those accounts.
Maintaining customer relationships.

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or five years agricultural related sales experience with heavy equipment.

Must have a valid driver license and a clean DMV driving report.
