The Salon Director is required to work a 5-day workweek of 40 hours per week. (minimum) The Salon Director is required to work a varying number of mid and/or closing shifts each week as determined by their supervisors based on business trends and staffing needs. Experience: College education preferred, but not required. Management and/or Sales experience required.
