Working Conditions:
Love of working outdoors and on lakes is essential. You must also be willing to work in poor weather conditions such as rain, high humidity and heat.
Each day will begin at our shop in Detroit Lakes, MN. You will travel together as a crew in a company truck to each routed job. The day will conclude with cleaning up from the jobs back at the shop.
Approximately 60% of your time will be working on the job site, and 40% will be spent on off job tasks such as driving, weed disposal, gear cleaning, and equipment care.
Day length can vary based on jobs, but will typically be 8-10hrs and start at 8am. Some overtime work as needed throughout the summer.

About the Opportunity
