Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Print incoming transfers for backorder items daily.
Perform weekly cycle counts on back up inventory.
Load vending machines as needed.

Overview
The Client Operations department manages client-specific operational tasks across practice area within the agency,
working closely with Strategy, Investment, HR, Finance, Invoice Reconciliation, and Agency Administration & Compliance. * Work with Associate Director and/or Director on team roles, responsibilities, and prioritizing key projects across the team
* Assist the Associate Director and/or Director with miscellaneous Operations tasks and projects, including process implementation
* Oversee project management of large teams for specific deliverables on a monthly or ad hoc basis
* Train and coach Senior Associate and Associate to master their desk and attain their career goals
* Provide insight into current workload of the team and bring questions to weekly status meetings with the team
* Oversee & manage financial tasks such as media authorizations, billing and budget documents, and compiling ordered vs. approved reports
* Ensure compliance for tasks such as: client-specific billing procedures, product codes and other systems work
