In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for workers arriving on site-helping them check in, guiding them through onboarding, and ensuring they have a smooth, positive experience.
No construction or platform experience is required-full training is provided. If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and keeping operations running smoothly, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
Welcome workers as they arrive and provide helpful, courteous assistance throughout the check-in process
Support digital badge scanning, QR code check-ins, and other access tools
Verify credentials and required documents, ensuring workers meet site-entry requirements
Guide workers and subcontractors through onboarding steps, such as account setup and document uploads
Assist with mobile check-ins, digital badges, and basic system navigation
Help resolve simple access or login issues and escalate when needed
Issue temporary badges and visitor passes with a calm, professional demeanor
Communicate clearly with workers, supervisors, and subcontractor teams
Monitor access points to ensure safe, authorized entry
Document and report irregularities or recurring issues

Position Overview
Under the direction of the Operations Manager, the Revenue Cycle Specialist will assist in the establishment of a thriving practice and oversee all revenue cycle aspects across multiple locations throughout Idaho and Wyoming.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Performs extensive follow-up to investigate and resolve payment denial trends.
Assists with the development and implementation of strategies and procedures that will reduce denials, maximize reimbursements, and promote faster payment.
Utilizes the practice management system to sort, filter, summarize and identify various account receivable trends to solicit payments from insurance companies and patients.
Prepares letters of appeal to insurance carriers for claims that were not paid or paid at the incorrect rate.

Candidate Qualifications and Experience

Prepares manual invoices and monitors the receipt of said account receivable
Enters invoices and monitors the payment of said account payable
Provides support services to the Public Works Director, Building Inspector and City Finance
May prepare maps and issue simple building permits
May assist in managing a GIS database
May provide technical computer assistance
Assists other departments as assigned
Performs a variety of other clerical duties as assigned, including being back-up receptionist
JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Ability to perform clerical, customer service and accounting functions associated with utility billing and collections. Possess the ability to use various office machines including computers and cash register. Have skills necessary to balance and prepare bank deposits. Requires basic knowledge of public administration and government accounting, including enterprise funds. Must be able to communicate effectively, both in writing and orally. Needs the ability to understand, interpret, and articulate the statutory requirements of the job.

The Accounts Receivable Specialist I supports the day-to-day operational activities of the A/R department. This position is responsible for creating and distributing invoices to customers. This position will record, verify, and post payments received by the organization and ensure transactions are recorded in accordance with internal accounting policies. Responds to customer inquiries and assists with the research of any discrepancies regarding bills. Areas of responsibility may include but are not limited to research, communication, balancing, running macros, reporting and denial per documented Standard Work/department process requirements. Must have a thorough knowledge of, and commitment to providing a high level of customer service while ensuring billing and receivables are accurately and timely documented. This is a full-time, non-exempt position providing clerical and administrative services. The reason for this position is to ensure efficient, timely, and accurate processing of invoices and generating of monthly billing.
Prepare monthly billings to customers, DD250, Public Vouchers, and Commercial Invoices.
Ensure billings meet all Contract Terms
Validate that all data is accurately entered in accordance with the appropriate supporting documentation in designated payment portal.
Under direct supervision will coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely processing.
Coordinate and disseminate information, in report form to staff members on accounts receivable issues as assigned.
Deliver quality outcomes to internal customers.
Always protect and maintain confidentiality of data.
Maintain financial security by adhering to internal accounting controls.
Communicate issues or concerns in a timely manner to your manager.
Under guidance or supervision of the Accounts Receivable Supervisor will learn all necessary processes and procedures to advance in department.

Education
High school diploma or GED required.
Experience
One year of experience in an accounting, finance, or a similar role is required.
Three years' accounting-related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
