Governance: * Serve as the main contact for client operations leadership. * Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders and cross-functional teams. * Stay informed about global industry trends and their impact on IT services. Handling payments via cash, credit/debit card, money order, etc. Continually answering and making outbound calls to customers that are delinquent on their bill while pursuing past due accounts persistently with a friendly and professional demeanor. Navigating customer references to find a means of re-establishing communication with customers. Occasionally handle field collections and de-installations. Identifies opportunities to recapture past due business on customers returning merchandise. Maintains working knowledge of company POS system and how customer histories are tracked.
