Your Primary Responsibilities Would Include: Providing our customers with a high level of service. Answering in-bound telephone calls for existing and future customers. Answering calls for the bank's internal switchboard and routing calls appropriately. Asking probing questions of callers to determine their needs quickly and efficiently. Handling customer inquiries and account maintenance for personal and business accounts. Researching and customer follow-up may be necessary. Assessing customer needs and make product/service recommendations or appropriately refer to our banking partners. Requirements What You Bring to the Team: You have a High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent. You are enthusiastic about providing a high level of customer service. You demonstrate commitment to providing consistent exceptional customer service, which includes cross-selling other bank products that would benefit our customers, when appropriate. You have experience with Outlook, Word, and Excel preferred. You can perform multiple tasks simultaneously. You have strong interpersonal skills including professional etiquette and service mentality. You are skilled at business communication, both verbal and written.
