Your key responsibilities:

GENERAL SUMMARY & SCOPE
The Experience Manager (EM) is responsible for leading through Ulta Beauty's mission, vision, and values in order to develop a high-performing team that consistently delivers top-line sales growth in retail and services. JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education
* Bachelor's degree is preferred
* Cosmetology license and/or a cosmetology management license where required by state law
Experience

* Conducting associate observations and associate coaching
* Displaying an understanding of all associate roles and ensuring all roles work for the good of the team and the customer.
* Linking results to behaviors and actions to drive top-line sales.
* Independently managing labor hours within the store to drive top line sales and profit.
* Owning the overall appearance and presentation of the brand by maintaining visual merchandising standards.
