    This is a skilled position that focuses on providing customer service through processing customer transactions, cash handling, and may involve the preparation of food. Work is reviewed through employee observation, facility inspection written and oral reports. Answer phone inquiries and give information to the public accurately and courteously. Greets visitors; provides information to customers.
